The work behind the launch

New software is a purchase.
Making it useful is the project.

Configuration, access, data, testing and adoption all matter. We connect the technical work to the result your business needs, whether you’re replacing a system or preparing for the next stage of growth.

Software implementation

Make the new system work.

Turn a software purchase into a working part of your business. We organize configuration, access, data preparation and the checks needed before people start using it.

What the project can include
  • Translate business requirements into a configuration and rollout scope.
  • Coordinate supported integrations and data transfers with the application vendor.
  • Pilot the setup, document issues and agree acceptance checks with your team.

Your deliverableA configured solution, agreed validation results and a documented handover for the work in scope.

Microsoft 365 migrations

Move the work. Keep the momentum.

Bring email, shared files and collaboration into a planned Microsoft 365 environment. We account for the people, permissions and business processes affected by the move.

What the project can include
  • Assess mailboxes, domains, shared files and the migration starting point.
  • Plan Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive around ownership and access.
  • Prepare the migration sequence, change window, validation and user communications.

Your deliverableA migration plan and implementation scope with responsibilities, dependencies and separate licensing costs identified.

Security implementation

Put protection into practice.

Make security part of how your team works. We help deploy the account controls, device protection and password tools that match your risks and service scope.

What the project can include
  • Plan multifactor authentication, account roles and staff joining or leaving.
  • Configure eligible Microsoft Entra ID and Intune controls where licensed.
  • Roll out the agreed endpoint, email and password protection with a test group first.

Your deliverableDocumented security settings, rollout checks and clear ownership for ongoing administration.

Complex project delivery

Give complex work a clear owner.

A technology project can involve staff, vendors, devices, data and deadlines at once. We turn those moving parts into a plan your business can act on.

What the project can include
  • Define the business outcome, scope, milestones and acceptance criteria.
  • Map dependencies, responsibilities, costs and the risks that could affect delivery.
  • Coordinate approved changes, status reviews and decisions across suppliers.

Your deliverableA project roadmap with accountable owners, decision points and a practical launch sequence.

Workplace and device rollouts

Get people ready to work.

Prepare for a growing team, a new office or a move to remote work. Connect device setup with the accounts, applications and support your people need.

What the project can include
  • Plan supported Windows and Mac enrollment and application deployment.
  • Confirm access, connectivity and remote working requirements.
  • Pilot the setup and coordinate staff onboarding and supplier handover.

Your deliverableA rollout checklist and documented setup, with agreed training and support arrangements.

Backup and recovery projects

Plan the way back.

Identify the information your business cannot afford to lose. Build a backup and recovery approach around those priorities, with coverage and limits made clear.

What the project can include
  • Identify supported devices, mailboxes and shared cloud data in scope.
  • Review retention, storage, recovery priorities and backup monitoring ownership.
  • Configure agreed protection and complete the restore checks included in the project.

Your deliverableA backup coverage record and recovery procedure, with test results for the agreed scope.

Clarity before commitment

Know the work.
Know what success looks like.

Your proposal identifies the outcome, deliverables and fees before implementation starts. You can see what DeltaBind owns, what your team provides and where another supplier is involved.

How we deliver

Plan carefully.
Launch confidently.

  1. Define the outcome.

Agree what needs to change, who uses the system, the constraints and how the result will be accepted. Review the existing environment before setting the implementation scope.

  2. Configure and test.

Build the agreed setup, validate permissions and data, and test with representative users. Resolve issues before a wider rollout.

  3. Coordinate the launch.

Confirm responsibilities, communications and the change window. Carry out the approved rollout with checks and a fallback plan appropriate to the project.

  4. Hand over with confidence.

Document the configuration and outstanding items. Complete the agreed training and stabilization work, then confirm who owns ongoing support.

Technology with a job to do

Tools selected for the outcome.

We work with established platforms for collaboration, device care, security and recovery. The project determines the configuration, licensing and ongoing service you need.

Microsoft 365

Exchange Online · Teams · SharePoint · OneDrive

Business email, collaboration and shared information. We consider the working structure, permissions and migration needs before recommending a configuration.

Explore Email Care ›

Identity and device controls

Microsoft Entra ID · Microsoft Intune

Account access, sign in policies and managed device settings. The controls available depend on your subscriptions, device eligibility and agreed configuration.

Our Microsoft approach ›

Approved administrative access

Microsoft 365 Lighthouse · GDAP

Lighthouse brings supported customer security and management views together. GDAP lets you approve specific administrator roles for a defined period, so access can match the work.

How we manage Microsoft 365 ›

Care for PCs and Macs

Syncro · ThreatDown · Splashtop

Our Computer Care service uses Syncro for monitoring, ThreatDown for protection and Splashtop for technician remote support across supported Windows and Mac devices. Wider device management projects are scoped separately.

Explore device care ›

Protection and recovery

ThreatDown · Guardz · Acronis · Syncro Cloud Backup

Options for endpoint protection, email security and backup. We map the selected products to the devices, users and workloads in scope, then document the coverage and recovery limits.

Review business protection ›

Access and visibility

Keeper · Splashtop · Domotz

Password management, remote computer access and network monitoring serve different needs. We consider who needs access, which systems are involved and who will manage them.

Capabilities depend on licensing and the agreed scope. Consulting and implementation are quoted separately from ongoing Care services. Application vendors or specialist providers may be needed for work outside our scope.

Before we get started.

What kinds of software can you implement?

We deliver projects involving Microsoft 365, supported Windows and Mac devices, account security, remote access, backup and the protection tools we provide. For other business applications, we review the vendor requirements and integration options before proposing work. The scope identifies where an application specialist is needed.

We already chose the software. Can you manage the rollout?

Yes. We start with your requirements, the existing environment and the vendor’s implementation guidance. We then define configuration, data preparation, access, testing, training and the launch responsibilities for the agreed project.

Can you work alongside our IT team or another provider?

Yes, with clear responsibilities and approved access. We can lead an agreed project or handle a defined part of the implementation while your team or existing provider continues its role. The delivery plan records dependencies and decisions needed from each party.

How do you plan around business disruption?

We identify critical workflows, test with representative users and agree a change window. Migration checks, user communications and a fallback plan are matched to the project. Any expected downtime or unresolved dependency is discussed before the launch is approved.

How are implementation projects priced?

Your proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, fees and assumptions. Software licenses, supplier charges, training and ongoing support are identified separately where applicable. The price and work must be agreed before implementation begins.

What happens after launch?

We complete the agreed validation, documentation, training and stabilization work, then confirm who owns ongoing administration and support. Recurring Care services are separate from a project unless the proposal includes them.

How do you protect access to our systems?

We agree the access needed for the work. Supported Microsoft 365 administration can use GDAP with approved roles and a defined duration. The handover covers administrative ownership and access that should be removed or retained. Do not send passwords through the inquiry form.
