Do PCs and Macs cost the same?
Yes. Computer Care is $50 per supported computer per month for either Windows or macOS. Features follow operating system compatibility.
Is backup included?
Backup is an optional Acronis service. It is $10 per computer plus $0.08 per GB stored monthly: $30 at 250 GB, or $50 at 500 GB.
What does 24/7 Emergency Response add?
For $15 per covered computer monthly, ThreatDown MDR specialists investigate and respond to qualifying endpoint threats around the clock. DeltaBind general support follows your agreement.
Can I add upgrades to an existing service?
Yes. Choose the upgrades for the computers or people who need them. We check your current agreement and keep already included services in place.
Can you visit our office?
We arrange onsite work according to your location, the work required and our availability. Scope and charges are agreed before the visit.
