Can you look after Windows PCs and Macs together?
Yes. They share one Computer Care service and the same $50 price per computer monthly. The quote counts both device types together.
Is Apple MDM included?
The current Computer Care service does not include MDM. If your business needs automated Apple enrollment or a wider device management project, we scope that separately.
What upgrades can I choose?
Backup Service, ThreatDown 24/7 Emergency Response, end user Remote Access and File Collaboration with Dropbox Standard. We confirm platform support and required permissions before deployment.
Is Microsoft 365 included?
Microsoft licenses and Email Care are separate. You can keep existing subscriptions or add the licenses and account administration you need.
