YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR CITY.

One city. Many ways of working.

When your people work across an office, client sites and home, technology support needs a clear starting point. DeltaBind helps Los Angeles businesses organize covered computers, Microsoft 365 access and the practical details of staying productive.

Grand Central Market and Union Station are enduring downtown landmarks, but Los Angeles cannot be reduced to a single business district. A small practice, a studio and a company with several offices can all search for local IT help while needing very different arrangements.

We begin with the address or addresses involved, where staff actually work and which systems they rely on. That makes the conversation more useful than a promise based on a map pin. Remote support, device enrollment and scheduled onsite work each have different requirements, and those belong in the proposal.

A PLAN FOR THE WAY YOU WORK

Connect the places your work happens.

A mixed fleet with clear ownership

List the Windows PCs and Macs used for business, including who owns each device and whether it is already managed. Windows PCs and Macs share one Computer Care service at $50 per supported computer monthly. We confirm enrollment prerequisites and any optional upgrades before setup.

Collaboration with sensible boundaries

Client projects can involve employees, contractors and outside organizations. We review the intended Microsoft 365 sharing structure and who approves access. The aim is a usable approach to files and communication, with permissions that can be reviewed as the work changes.

Remote work without improvised access

An employee connecting to an office computer is a different requirement from a technician helping with a support request. We identify the users, destinations and devices, then scope remote computer access, VPN or a dedicated IP only where the requirement calls for it.

THE EVERYDAY, LOOKED AFTER

Good care starts with what you use.

Choose the devices and accounts you need help with. We will put the scope and costs in plain view.
